Jeff Fike is a second-generation builder from Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a BS in Construction Engineering from the University of Akron and he’s been building homes in Wake County since 1985. Jeff has designed and built more than 400 homes in Downtown Cary, Downtown Apex, Lochmere, Macgregor Downs, Preston Forest, Wellesley, Sunset Ridge, Eagle Ridge, Haddon Hall, The Preserve at Jordan Lake, and many more. He has also completed hundreds of renovations and home additions. Jeff is especially gifted in historic renovations, matching new construction to old bones. He and his wife, Cheryl, also lead a non-profit called Life For Uganda, which serves under-resourced communities in Uganda.
