Jeff Fike is a second-generation builder from Cleveland, Ohio. He holds a BS in Construction Engineering from the University of Akron and he’s been building homes in Wake County since 1985. Jeff has designed and built more than 400 homes in Downtown Cary, Downtown Apex, Lochmere, Macgregor Downs, Preston Forest, Wellesley, Sunset Ridge, Eagle Ridge, Haddon Hall, The Preserve at Jordan Lake, and many more. He has also completed hundreds of renovations and home additions. Jeff is especially gifted in historic renovations, matching new construction to old bones. Among his many achievements, Jeff was the President of the Raleigh Wake Homebuilders' Association in 1995, MAME Homebuilder of the Year in 1996, voted Outstanding Builder of the Year by the Homebuilders Association in 1996, and was on the board of the Wake County Housing Authority from 2001 to 2009. When he’s not designing and building beautiful homes, Jeff loves spending time with his family, practicing yoga, snow skiing, and doing just about anything physical outdoors. He and his wife, Cheryl, also lead a non-profit called Life For Uganda, which serves under-resourced communities in Uganda.

Kevin Morgan was born in Texas but grew up in Holly Springs, NC. After high school Kevin spent two years serving as a missionary, traveling throughout the US and Europe. During this time he met the love of his life. They were married in Denmark in 2010, settled in Copenhagen, and immediately began their family. In 2015 Kevin earned a BA degree in Theology from Fjellhaug University College, and three years later he earned a second degree in Administration from Copenhagen Business College. Kevin’s role at JF Builders includes a mix of office management and field work. On any given day you may find Kevin in the office working on contracts and schedules or on a job site with subcontractors and the JFB field team. When Kevin isn’t working, he’s spending time with his wife Bodil and their four children, lifting weights, playing his guitar, or reading a good book.
